Pizza Capers has most satisfied customers

Chain receives "Most Satisfied Customers Awards" from Canstar Blue for fourth consecutive year.

The consumer research and ratings house surveyed pizza store customers from across the country, asking how satisfied they were with their choice in pizza store.

Pizza Capers again leads the list, followed by Crust, Domino's, Eagle Boys, and Pizza Hut.

"No other brand rated by Canstar Blue has ever received this many consecutive award-wins," said Megan Doyle from Canstar Blue. "Pizza Capers scored big ticks from customers in the areas of service, menu variety and taste, as well as overall satisfaction."

Canstar Blue also asked pizza store customers what they thought about their choice in dining, a little more than a third would choose to order pizza than go out to dinner.

Pizza is also the most frequently ordered takeaway food of the respondents, followed by Chinese, fish and chips, thai, and American.
