For the fifth year in a row, QSR Media continues to celebrate the very best of the quick service restaurant and fast casual industry in Australia.

Held at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, the awarding ceremony lauded entries that were judged for their innovation, creativity, execution, and overall impact.

Over 450 executives attend 5th QSR Media Detpak Conference
Coinciding with the awards ceremony was the annual QSR Media Detpak Conference, which gathered over 450 executives from top local and international QSR brands.

The whole-day event featured a roster of 36 speakers and panelists who discussing current issues, latest food and beverage trends, and other pertinent concerns facing the foodservice industry. The conference also featured its first multi-site technology stream, which featured mini-sessions on payment methods, blockchain, and drone delivery.

Speakers and panelists included Franchise Council of Australia Executive Chairman Bruce Billson, craveable brands Group CEO Brett Houldin, Minor DKL Group CEO Nick Bryden, Subway Vice President for International Ian Martin, Chatime Australia General Manager Carlos Antonius, Retail Food Group CEO Richard Hinson and Dr. Sam Prince, founder of the Sam Prince Group.

The QSR Media Detpak Conference and Awards is considered to be Australia's largest multi-site restaurant conference.

Three new burgers headline the range.   Milky Lane is celebrating the end of NSW lockdown from October 11 by launching 12 brand new menu items, $10 happy hour cocktails and live DJ sets at all locations.
