QSRH appoints Roger Mussalli as General Manager Group Operations Services

QSRH said the post will be integral in achieving the Group’s ongoing objective of excellence in operational execution as the company enters a phase of significant growth.

The new General Manager will work closely with all three QSRH brands -- Red Rooster, Chicken Treat, and Oporto -- to enhance the customer experience. Store operating platforms and design are planned to be transformed. Another key area of focus will be the continuing development and refinement of existing QSC systems within the business.

Mussalli has more than 25 years experience within the quick service restaurant sector and exposure to world class systems.
