The changes include the consolidation of all direct franchise support functions into clearly defined brand business units to ensure clear responsibility and accountability, and the seamless delivery of key strategic programs.
Drew Eide has been promoted to the role of general manager of Jamaica Blue, while Natalie Brennan is promoted to the position of general manager of Muffin Break which are both effective immediately.

Following the appointments, Jamaica Blue’s executive chef Danika Heslop will head up a newly-formed product and procurement function, and Jeremy Regan, head of coffee, will lead new projects dedicated to driving coffee growth.
