SUKI soon to launch at Oxford Street
SUKI's signature poke bowls and sushi burritos will soon be making their way to Bulimba.
SUKI, the first poke-dedicated restaurant to kick off on Grey Street Southbank, Brisbane, is set to open its bright and colourfully-lit doors to the premier dining strip of Oxford Street Bulimba in July.
The concept restaurant offers a modern take on the traditional Hawaiian Poke bowl (pronounced Poh-keh), a curated mix of sustainably sourced fish and other proteins with veggies, rice and tasty toppings paired with their own range of sauces. It is also known for its Sushi Burrito - a burrito-sized sushi hybrid, featuring fresh ingredients, which can be made to order.
“SUKI is a brand for anyone looking to make a healthy food choice,” said CEO Kim Toovey.
Owing to the success on their first location, SUKI has received requests for expansion in different parts of the country. The brand has recently announced a third corporate location in Newstead in the coming months.
