79% of Retail Food Group’s franchisees support the company’s new direction, according to the results of their post-roadshow survey.
RFG, led by CEO Richard Hinson, recently concluded a national roadshow where he outlined his vision for the company whilst providing dialogue with their franchisees.
The roadshow was done is six cities and was attended by almost 700 franchisees.
Some key points of Hinson’s plan include focusing on franchising, coffee and manufacturing and distribution, streamlining supply chain across brand systems to better leverage RFG’s buying power and sharing best practice and positive franchisee and consumer experiences.
A few days ago, RFG reported an AUD$306.7 million loss for the year ended June 30.
