Motto Motto recruits first NSW franchisees

The appointees will own and operate the chain’s Castle Towers restaurant.

Motto Motto announced it has appointed their first NSW franchise partners, Trang Tran and Ajay Shrkar, to own and operate their Castle Towers restaurant.

The announcement comes weeks after revealing plans to open two restaurant openings at Robina Town Centre in QLD and Marrickville Metro in NSW within the first six months of this year.

Motto Motto commenced its franchising in QLD six months ago.

“Trang and Ajay bring a new level of sophistication to franchising at Motto Motto, being experienced operators with a food background and having a love of premium dining, we are super excited for them to become part of Motto Motto’s inner sanctum,” chief operating officer Matt Fickling said in a media release.
