Ali Baba: Total network sales rising smoothly at 15%

According to the Middle Eastern food chain, since its launch at Melbourne Airport’s new T4 Terminal overall trade has been rising smoothly.

With its menu paying tribute to traditional Middle Eastern cuisine, Ali Baba said that they are right on trend offering authentic meals with a convenient and contemporary twist, with favourites like kebabs, shish plates and their take on street food manoush, a specialty product only available at the airport.

New owners, Anantha and Kavitha, said that their store has very positive plans for the future, including an exciting array of new campaigns and airport exclusive deals in the pipeline. Anantha and Kavitha said that they are “eager for our store to become a trial ground for the latest in Middle Eastern cuisine, offering customers a unique blend of convenience food packed with flavour.”

The Australian kebab chain has been serving authentic Middle Eastern food to the community since 1997. Their traditional meals include kebabs, kebowls and plates and as the terminal’s only fast-food restaurant serving Middle Eastern cuisine, passengers can now experience the authenticity of the Middle East without the need of a lengthy flight.
