Sumo Salad's new Middle Eastern QSR

Sumo Salad has launched a new QSR brand, Middle Eastern inspired Sabbaba.  Their take on the traditional falafel combined with the award winning interior design is hitting the mark with customers.

QSR Media was at the launch of the first joint venture store in Newtown in Sydney and caught up with Luke Baylis from Sumo Salad and Nic Kat, founder Sabbaba to find out more.
