Deliverect launches marketing intelligence platform Pulse
The platform aims to help restaurants optimise their marketing across third-party apps.
Global food tech solutions firm Deliverect has launched Pulse, a marketing intelligence platform that aims to give restaurants actionable insights to help optimise their marketing across multiple platforms.
According to Statista, the Australian online food delivery market is projected to grow to US$12.80b in 2024 and has an estimated compound annual growth rate of 10.7% from 2023 to 2027. Deliverect said this reflects a robust demand for food delivery services in the region and yet, restaurants struggle to allocate marketing budgets effectively across multiple channels.
A significant lack of clear insights into store performance, competitive benchmarks, market dynamics, and genuine ROI lend to ineffective marketing and misused dollars. Pulse’s central platform puts power back into the hands of restaurants, enhancing visibility and performance in the crowded delivery landscape for more targeted and successful campaigns.
“Pulse brings individual store performance and competitive insights together so that customers can optimise their marketing strategies and improve visibility in search results and food categories whilst managing spend effectively,” said Jeremy Van Dille, general manager APAC at Deliverect.
