Muffin Break partners with Simply Cups in waste reduction initiative

The companies aim to reduce the amount of disposable coffee cups thrown in landfills.

Muffin Break has partnered with Simply Cups in an effort to reduce the amount of disposable cups used in the country.

Starting this month, Muffin Break will pay Simply Cups to have a cup recycled for every takeaway hot beverage bought at their stores.

Simply Cups is a program that works with groups who know how to convert these into reusable cups.

The coffee brand have also signed up to the Responsible Cafes Movement, joining cafes and coffee fans that promotes the use of reusable cups.

In doing so, they are giving 30c discount to customers that use their KeepCups, Muffin Break’s own reusable cup.
