McDonald's names first participants of Property Graduate programme
The fast food giant has also officially opened applications for the 2020 intake.
McDonald's Australia has announced the names of the first participants who will take part in its brand new Property Graduate Program.
Applicants Maddy Pace and Monique Younis have already started getting exposure across McDonald’s’ National Development Group and will receive training in fields including real estate, construction, design and asset management over the next two years.
The graduates will work alongside industry professionals to engage in on-the-job training and practical workshops whilst under the guidance of a mentor. After completing the two-year program, both Pace and Younis will be given the opportunity to continue in a permanent role within McDonald’s.
“By exposing the graduates to the work of our National Development Group and providing them with practical exposure to everything from real estate and asset management to design and construction, we hope to equip Maddy and Monique with the foundations for a great career,” McDonald’s Australia senior development director Josh Bannister explained.
Applicants have until May 12 to enroll for the said programme in 2020.
