Krispy Kreme to open special pop up store in Townsville to raise funds for Give Me 5 For Kids
The pop up will be located at Stockland North Shore Shopping Centre on 13 June.
Krispy Kreme Australia is organising a special pop up store at Stockland North Shore Shopping Centre to help raise money for Give Me 5 For Kids.
Two tonnes of doughnuts are expected to be flown into Townsville through pre-orders that will be open on the Krispy Kreme website. Customers will be able to queue up for a free Original Glazed doughnut in return for a gold coin donation on the day.
The event will be hosted by Krispy Kreme Fundraising and 102.3 Triple M Townsville to help raise funding for local children’s hospital wards.
“So far in 2019 we’ve flown over 2,000 fundraising dozens into Townsville for 21 organisations, raising $15,783. This fundraising event gives people a chance to donate and enjoy a delicious doughnut or two,” Krispy Kreme eCommerce and fundraising manager Amber Brousek said.
The doughnut collection and donation drive will be held on 13 June between 3pm-6pm.
