The Southern California-based burger chain with over 400 stores across 29 countries will launch on August 15, 2017. The restaurant features a modern twist on the classic diner – with comfortable seats and areas perfect for gathering, friendly approachable service and music that combines iconic classics with pop culture.
QSR Media: Tell us about Johnny Rockets.
Johnny Rockets is a 30-year-old global brand which facilitates the consumer with the original burger, shakes and fries the way that it has always been loved. Being the 400th store location across 29 countries, Johnny Rockets is truly a brand that has stood against any test and succeeded.
QSR Media: Tell us about the Australian management of the brand.
The Australian Management team has extensive hospitality and restaurant experience, and we are excited to roll out over 100 stores in the next 10 years across Australia.
QSR Media: What’s your outlook for the brand in Australia?
As many know, the brand and have loved the experience from visiting America coupled with almost everything delivered fresh in store from Australian farms. It is felt by the owners that the brand will be a benchmark for the market in Australia and an adopted favourite.
QSR Media: Did you need to make any changes to the menu for the Aussie palette?
There are no changes made to the menu, it is loved around the globe and management is confident it will be loved here also.
