Domino's announced a new 20 Minute Delivery Guarantee on Facebook. The brand revealed that they have worked on new technology that takes into account how busy the store is, the distance of the delivery, driver safety and the size of the order to determine if it can deliver in the service guarantee.

If these criteria are met, customers will be offered the option to purchase the guarantee during the order process for $3 extra. Should the delivery not arrive in the guaranteed time, Domino’s will arrange a free pizza voucher for the customer’s next order.
