Simple and smart ovens for your kitchens

QSRs looking to upgrade their conveyor oven systems might be in for a nice surprise in the coming months.
XLT, a privately held company situated in Wichita Kansas and has a reputation for building reliable equipment for kitchens, is coming out with a new XLT oven design in August.

XLT ovens were designed with two principles in place, Simple and Smart. Designs focusing on the getting the best quality Pizza Oven on the market, as well as being cheap to run and own, and reliable for years down the line is the core philosophy.

Malcolm Stirling, National Accounts Manager of J.L. Lennard Food Equipment, said, “XLT is a leader in the QSR industry, all QSR locations are looking for equipment that produces more profit and cost less to buy and run.”

“The ovens are designed with functionality in mind, Simple and Smart. There are no laser beams, touch screen controls that costs thousands, they are robust, reliable, easy to repair and simple to operate. The entire thought process is to ensure that the operator has an oven that does what it is designed to do, cook a great product and cost as little as possible to run and maintain.”

A two-year parts warranty and 10 years against corrosion is traditionally put in place as an assurance for dependable equipment. The new XLT oven will even have a 5 years parts warranty, an unprecedented thing in the food equipment industry.

XLT ovens also come cheap in terms of energy consumption, and a faster cooking time with a reduced skill requirement for the operators are the standard.

The XLT ovens come in 18, 24, 32 and 38 inch wide belts giving them the ability to fit into any business with any output required.

The 3870 oven has a 38 inch belt that fits three 12 inch pizza's side by side on the belt and a 70 inch long cook chamber, you can also triple stack these ovens and get triple the capacity for the same foot print.

Triple stacking a 3870 oven and getting over 600 twelve inch pizzas per hour would provide bigger capacity as well as faster delivery times to customers.

XLT has also developed a hood system that reduces the quantity of air extracted from buildings, allowing for cheaper overhead costs like air conditioning, as well as ensuring a quiet and comfortable environment to work in.

In practice, this allows cooks to work a few feet away from XLT ovens with the AVI hood and still be in comfortable 24 degree air conditioned comfort.
