Millennials still want personalized service despite tech, says research

A study commisssioned by Oracle Hospitality found that millennials still demand human interaction when ordering at restaurants, despite the availability of technology.

QSR Media sat down with Christopher Adams, VP for Food and Beverage APAC Oracle Hospitality, to talk about the company's Global Millennial Study, which surveyed over 9000 participants all over the world.
