Emma Pitfield and Ross Widdows – Partners at KPMG will talk through some highlights of investing in digital transformation and overlay with some key retail cyber challenges and how you can think about taking a threat-based approach to cyber security, taking into account QSR-specific considerations such as defending and securing loyalty data, and the death of the technology border.
