OVERVIEW RETHINKING DRIVE-THRU IN THE COVID-19 AGE
The drive-thru lane was one of the unsung heroes for restaurant chains since the pandemic started, part of an heavily-accelerated pivot towards off-premise channels.
With customers’ expecting a balance between safety, innovation, and speed of service, how should QSRs and fast casual restaurants go beyond service windows and speakers and think about elevating this experience?
QSR Media, in partnership with Fingermark, is pleased to invite all executives from QSR, fast casual restaurant brands and ancillary foodservice businesses to join our Rethinking Drive-Thru in the Age of COVID-19 webinar.
This special one-hour event will include a data-driven presentation from The NPD Group, bespoke insights from Fingermark, and unique operational and design perspectives from Red Rooster and BD Architecture & Interiors.
Why you must participate:
- First access to a data-driven presentation from The NPD Group about customers' growing expectations in the space
- The latest thoughts on safety, innovation and speed of service in drive-thru

- Unique perspective from operators and experts
- Opportunity to get your questions answered live
