Burgers topped 123 million orders in Australia according to Uber Eats
Pizza ranked second with 69.9 million orders.
Burgers have been Australia's most-ordered food on Uber Eats over the past ten years, according to the company.
Pizza came in second with more than 69.8 million orders over the decade, while Mexican food took third place in 2026 with more than 35 million meals ordered across the ten years. The platform noted that Mediterranean cuisine held the second spot in its early years before being overtaken.
The report comes as the company celebrates its 10-year anniversary.
Chicken has grown its share of orders by 4% across the decade, cementing its place as Australia's go-to protein. Dessert orders moved in the opposite direction, falling 4.4% over the same period.
Saturday remains the most popular day to order, though weekday ordering has grown steadily and delivery has shifted from a weekend indulgence to an everyday habit for many Australians.
Nearly one in five orders are placed between 10PM and 10PM, with 6PM the single most popular ordering time nationally.
Meanwhile, breakfast ordering is also growing. More than 109 million orders were placed between 5AM and 10AM over the decade, with acai bowls and smoothies the most ordered breakfast items nationally at more than 2.6 million orders, followed by croissants and bagels.
A separate report by Fonto revealed breakfast now accounts for more than 8% of total QSR transactions across 22 tracked brands in Australia, up from less than 5% a year ago.
