Gelatissimo integrates acai berries, kombucha in new range
The Gelato with Benefits range is available across the chain’s 40-plus stores.
Gelatissimo announced the launch of its new Gelato with Benefits range, a trio of new flavours that spotlight ingredients associated with wellness.
The Acai Bowl is a Brazilian acai berry gelato topped with berries and granola, made with Amazon Power Acai. The granola by Carman’s is made with a blend of oats, nuts, puffed rice and pepitas, toasted with honey, cinnamon and vanilla
The Choc Coconut Protein is described as a creamy choc coconut gelato, made with a non-dairy base of coconut and soy milk and vegan-friendly, gluten-free plant protein powder made from pea protein.
Rounding out the trio is the Ginger & Lemon Kombucha, made with Rok Kombucha, infused with cold pressed ginger and lemon, filtered pure Margaret River water, organic white and green tea and organic kombucha culture. This is then topped with a ginger swirl with real ginger pieces.
