Eagle Boys’ online loyalty program offers perks for customers

Its Eagle Club loyalty program offers members discounts of up to 30% when they order online.

Recognising Australian pizza lovers’ growing hunger for value and convenience, Eagle Boys Pizza is spreading the wings of its fledgling Eagle Club loyalty program, which offers members discounts of up to 30% when they order online.

Apart from accessing discounts and deals, the free Eagle Club also makes it quicker and easier for customers to order through Eagle Boys’ online ordering system.

Eagle Boys Group Executive Marketing Christine Hooper said online ordering continued to grow and was expected to soon account for a third of all orders.

“The Eagle Club means customers don’t need to dig up coupons or fliers anymore. Eagle Club members will always pay less than if they were ordering off the full-priced menu in store or on the phone,” she said.

“In fact, by ordering online Eagle Club members can pay up to 30% less compared to the full-price menu.”

Ms Hooper said by bolstering the Eagle Club, Eagle Boys hoped to gain more of the growing online ordering market.

“Across the board, Australians are looking for value and convenience and this is what the Eagle Club delivers.

“We’re expecting our customers to increasingly order their pizza online, which is why we’ve invested heavily to not only ensure our website is easy to use, but also is attractive to use by offering everyday discounts and deals.

“And by registering their information like their delivery address, favourite store and pizza preferences, Eagle Club members will get their order quicker, faster and cheaper.”
