About this Position – Project Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Project Coordinator to assist in overseeing the complete project life cycle of Zambrero construction projects including project planning, staffing, implementation, control and evaluation.

Working closely with the Development Team and the wider business, your role is to ensure all elements within the restaurant builds are met and comply with our standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the end-to-end project life cycle of our Restaurant builds nationally.
Managing and coordinating day-to-day project tasks.
Assisting in the creation of a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
Using project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Determining the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.
Managing project expectations to both internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting the Project Manager in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP's, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
Establishing a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organisation on the progress of the project.
Preparing substantial completion certificate and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained.
Ensuring that project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
This role will also provide support to Franchise Partners and Development Agents to ensure consistent communication and adherence with the agreed works program relating to their restaurant fit-outs.

We are looking for someone with 1-3 years' experience in a similar role. Franchise experience would be great however not essential.
