The chain will open another outlet in Bethania by early December.
Zarraffa’s Coffee announced the opening of its latest drive-thru store in NSW, located in Tamworth.
This will soon be followed by another store opening in early December, located in Bethania, a suburb within QLD’s Logan city.
Zarraffa’s managing director and founder Kenton Campbell cited its drive-thru model as a “key ingredient” in the brand’s steady growth this year but also revealed they have closed some sites, including ones in shopping centre locations, due to high rents and end of lease periods.
“It has been a combination of a number of factors including long term planning, an incredibly engaged and loyal customer base, the right blend of product and service, and the opportunity to be able to continue to serve coffee throughout the year that has kept the company trending in the right direction,” he said in a media release.
“The conditions wrought by COVID have taught us that our operation and business planning is sound, and the market has responded with a clear increase in sales across our drive thru stores.”
