A standard vinyl glove carton takes up approximately 0.0198 m2 per 1,000 gloves, whilst the NitraOne glove packaging only takes up 0.0095 m2 per 1,000 gloves.

The combined weight of the average glove packaging (the outer carton and its 10 inner boxes) is approximately 500g (0.0005 tonnes). Therefore, a tonne of paper can be measured as approximately 2,000 cartons of standard glove packaging, which equals 2 million gloves. In comparison, if you used 2 million NitraOne gloves, this would equate to only 667 cartons, and 1/3 of a tonne of paper/packaging waste.
