Crust opens in Singapore

Crust Gourmet Pizza Bars has launched its newest store in Singapore's Holland Village, the franchise's first outside of Australia.

Crust’s co-founder and Managing Director, Costa Anastasiadis, said, “Singapore is a thriving market and as soon as we visited the area we knew it was a strong fit for our business. We’ve had a great response from customers already and we’re delighted that the city has fallen in love with our pizza.”

In line with Crust’s entry to an international market, its creative chef Peter Augoustis has developed a specific menu for the Asian market that caters for Singapore’s diversity. Crust is offering a wide range of choices from Mediterranean and Continental flavours to Asian inspired cuisine.

From a single store in Annandale, Sydney, Crust now has 62 pizza restaurants with 2010 seen as a year of expansion.
