Hungry Jack's Whopper goes orange for Halloween
The Halloween Whopper is infused with cheddar cheese.
Hungry Jack’s rolled out a limited time only Whopper as part of its ‘Scarily Good Halloween Whopper’ campaign at its more than 400 restaurants nationally.
The Halloween Whopper includes all the classic ingredients including 100 per cent no added hormone Aussie beef with the addition of cheese, crispy premium eye bacon and BBQ sauce, and is naturally flavoured with no artificial colourings.
The new Halloween Whopper will be packaged in a limited edition customised Halloween wrap and box. As part of their ‘Scarily Good Halloween Whopper’ campaign the company will also offer free Halloween popping candy when upgrading a Halloween Whopper meal with a Fanta Frozen Orange beverage from Friday, 14 October until stocks last.
Hungry Jack’s Chief Marketing Officer, Scott Baird said the company is looking forward to customer’s reactions to Hungry Jack’s first coloured bun.
“Hungry Jack’s first ever Halloween Whopper is very exciting for the company. We’ve never altered the taste of the bun, but we think the cheddar cheese will be the perfect accompaniment to our flame-grilled beef patty.
“Along with our better tasting menu items, we’re also continuing to find new ways to bring a little excitement to our restaurants and are thrilled to launch our first Halloween theme across select stores nationally,” said Baird.
As part of the limited time only promotion select Hungry Jack’s restaurants will be decorated with Halloween inspired menu boards, party room decals and Halloween point of sale at drive thru.
