Wok Me catering order breaks QLD record

Wok Me catering order breaks QLD record

An order of 350 boxes of hot noodles for a massive Christmas function for a well known major Rockhampton & Gladstone company came through this week. Wok Me's CQ boss Simon Gibson could not believe this record-breaking order.

“This is a record breaking catering event for Wok Me in QLD,” Simon said. To cater for 350 people is really special. Our three stores in Gladstone and Rockhampton do lots of sushi platters and noodle boxes for functions and parties, but this is the biggest order so far and we will have all hands on deck for it.

“We are getting very well known for our healthy tasty food and people love the fact we do free delivery 7 days and nights a week.”

“For a business that has only been going for 8 months our growth is amazing.”

New staff are constantly required and our new healthy specials that we bring out regularly are much appreciated by our dedicated local CQ customers. Wok Me’s Brisbane head office are trialling new and exciting dishes all the time to add to the menu.

The staff get so excited when catering and big orders come through as it challenges them to rise to the occasion and put the skills they have learned to the test.

Australian head honcho of Wok Me Luke McGrath is astounded at the success of Wok Me in Central QLD and said “our point of difference is our focus on a much healthier product and a great customer experience.”

“Our stores are clean, comfortable, friendly and customers love the fact that they can dine in, take away or get free delivery 7 days and nights a week. Our fast casual dining approach is to make sure customers get that special comfortable experience that makes Wok Me a standout in the noodle and sushi business,” McGrath said.

“This massive catering order for 350 people proves that we are doing something extra special and the tasty and healthy food we serve has taken CQ by storm. This has been achieved by the great and loyal staff we employ, that makes that extra effort to please our customers.”
