  • Best New Concept - For fast food and fast casual restaurants who have been up and running for 5 years or less, offering hot new concepts in limited serve arena.
  • Training Initiative of the Year - For fast food and fast casual restaurants who are committed to delivering exceptional quality to their customers by having a positive approach to training and developing staff. The entry should show the design, implementation and effect of the training initiative, backed up with statistical or other evidence such as an increase in profits or productivity.
  • Best Loyalty Program - For fast food and fast casual restaurants who is leading the way when it comes to building loyal and profitable customers. This award recognize chains who has operated loyalty offerings that is of value to customers and has benefited the brand at the same.
  • Best Innovation - Food & Beverage - For fast food and fast casual restaurants who strive to provide creative or healthy food and beverage offerings to their customers. This award recognizes chains who come up with unique, outstanding products in a diverse market place, which may include healthy menu options, via nutritional calculators, kilojoule and nutritional information or even one off health related promotions.
  • Employee of the Year - Open to all quick service and fast casual restaurants, big or small. This award recognises the achievement of an individual within your organisation. This can be anyone from the CEO down. We want to recognise an individual that, over the past year, has demonstrated, vision, commitment and passion, contributing to the success of your chain.
  • 2015 Multi-Site Restaurant of the Year - The award is presented to a fast food or fast casual restaurant who have shown exemplary achievements and demonstrated outstanding accomplishments resulting to major advances and new directions in the quick service restaurant industry.
