Key personnel changes and restructure at Oporto following QSRH acquisition by Archer Capital

Jamie McKaughan is the new GM of Oporto, replacing outgoing CEO Jeff Fisher. Glen Lees their CFO and Kate Luffman their National Operations Manager have also departed. Oporto has split the National Operations Role into a domestic division run by Michael Brown and an international division run by Jane Shaw.
