Muffin Break tops Customer Satisfaction survey for second consecutive month

Muffin Break has maintained its 89% satisfaction rating in Roy Morgan’s latest released survey for March 2012.

The bakery-café franchise previously bagged the ‘Best Coffee Shop of the Month’ title for February in Roy Morgan’s Customer Satisfaction Awards.

With this second consecutive win, Muffin Break said it is now leading its competitors in the battle to win the ‘Coffee Shop of the Year’ award.

The award will be announced by Roy Morgan at the end of its annual survey of 50,000 Australian consumers and 22,000 business decision-makers.
