Zambrero appoints new Chief Operating Officer

Mexican chain Zambrero named Brett Hannah as its new Chief Operating Officer.

Hannah will be responsible for daily management of Zambrero’s National Operations and Building and Design teams, as well as franchisee management and new product development.

“I’m excited to join a brand with so much potential, driven by fantastic young people with big dreams and a genuine social responsibility. The Zambrero culture is focused on people, both inside and outside the organisation - and the food is fantastic!,” Hannah said.

He will be reporting to General Manager Karim Messih.

Hannah was previously from Gloria Jean’s Coffees, where he managed National Franchise Support and National Projects. Prior to that he worked as Operations Manager for Baskin Robbins and was one of the team who launched Krispy Kreme in Australia.
