Go Sushi offers \"manage to own\" program

Go Sushi offers "manage to own" program

Go Sushi has launched its Manage to Own Program, giving entrepreneurs the chance to start running their own business.

The program is targeted at talented, energetic individuals with the drive and aspiration to operate their own business, but who may not have the capital to get started. Go Sushi’s Manage to Own Program gives entrepreneurs a great opportunity to take control of their future and own their own business within a proven successful franchise system, minimising their risk.

“Research shows us, that younger entrepreneurs are missing out on the opportunity to own and run their own business, because they simply don’t have the capital to start up their own business” says Group Managing Director, Nicola Mills.

Too often Franchise systems like Go Sushi lose great managers and team members, because they are looking for the next big step. The ‘Manage to Own’ program also provides these talented and enthusiastic staff a chance to stay within the group and develop while furthering their career.

What does the Manage to Own Program provide?
Full on the job training and support
You pay for your business from the profits you make, instead of a large up-front capital investment.
Over 75% of the business start-up costs are paid over a three to five year period.

How does it work?
After completing a successful application and training process the individual will go through the normal steps of joining Go Sushi as a franchise business owner, but without all of the upfront costs.
