Burger Edge to open at Albion Charles Hotel
The first franchise food concept to be introduced to ALH hotels.
Albion Charles Hotel have chosen Burger Edge to open at its location at the inner Melbourne suburb of Northcote in late October. This initiative is a partnership between the ALH group and Shine Hospitality.
ALH operates over 300 hotels nationally while Shine Hospitality produces and facilitates design and construction of concepts for new entries to the hospitality space.
"We have identified a number of unique sites across our business nationally, where we believe a specific concept could work in conjunction with our existing business and also contribute to the surrounding area," said ALH CEO Bruce Mathieson Jnr.
"It has been an exciting project to get off the ground we believe Burger Edge is a good fit for ALH" added Chris Shine, managing partner at Shine Hospitality.
Burger Edge Franchisor, Issam Soubjaki said "We are excited to be involved with the ALH Group and Shine Hospitality to mobilise this innovative project.
