From November the 25th, guests have donated $1 for every carvery purchase.
"Christmas is a time for family and friends to come together over a meal. It is distressing to think that more than half a million Australians will struggle to put food on the table this Christmas," said Sandwich Chefs CEO Chris Ferguson.
A Project Rudolph meal box includes roast meat vegetables and a Christmas cake or pudding.
